Convinced that Happy Meals and other food promotions aimed at children could make kids fat as well as happy, county officials in Silicon Valley are poised to outlaw the little toys that often come with high-calorie offerings.

It's unreal. I read articles like this and I'm dumbfounded. Tax salt, soda's, beverages, fast food. It's not going to end is it? Is it any wonder business and corporations are fleeing California like the bubonic plague? I lived in CA for 20 years and the only thing I miss is "Lake Shasta" and our houseboat.
