Rush Limbaugh was on fire during his CPAC speech. He sounded like a candidate for President in 2012.

Radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh told the Conservative Political Action Conference that individuals can reach their potential if onerous taxes, regulations and too much government are removed from their path. (Feb. 28)

Please, I hope he does run. That porcine windbag would get trounced by anyone you put him up against. He couldn't be Jindal.

He managed to misquote the constitution. He may believe that "the preamble to the Constitution contains an inarguable truth that we are all endowed by our creator with certain inalienable rights, among them life. liberty, freedom, and the pursuit of happiness." I believe what he was actually trying to misquote was the Declaration of Independence.

Ah yes, reducing regulations. That's worked so well for the banking industry. Why, millions of Americans are in nice secure homes they can afford thanks to deregulation!
