She was an assistant state's attorney. It's not like she was working at a private business. If I'm ever elected to office or I get a government job of any kind, my Tea Party days are over. At least I would not be in the public eye.

Hey All,

If she was doing her job, then places of business, even Federal or State employees DO NOT give up their rights.

If the woman has good job reviews, I'm thinking with the video of her boss, the deal will be sealed for her.

Good luck to her.

Lisa,

Being an assistant state's attorney does NOT mean that you give up your Constitutional rights.
