You did not read that number wrong. President Obama has proposed a $3.6 trillion budget for 2010. We used to think in billions, but now we have to shift our thinking to trillions. Do we have that much money in tax revenues? No. We will have to borrow $1.75 trillion dollars mostly from the Chinese. Is Obama turning the economy around with this record spending?
