Rasmussen has found a new low of -22 for President Obama in the Presidential Approval Index. The Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who Strongly Disapprove from the number who Strongly Approve.
Forty-six percent (46%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -22.
This matches the lowest Approval Index rating yet measured for this president.
